Train the Adult Trainer for the Future

at Het Perspectief, Provincial Centre for Adult Education, Gent – Belgium.

• Session 2:      21 – 25/02/2011

The objective of this course is to provide the teacher/trainer with adequate tools, approaches and methodologies specifically needed for teaching/training adults.

This course will provide new teaching methods with practical examples to motivate and stimulate the adult learner. It will offer new ways of applying existing methods adapted to the target group of adult learners and provide access to the use of modern ways of communication in the teaching process. It will show how tools can be adapted to the different learning styles of the adult learner. It will give practical examples of coaching and assessment of the adult learner.

A lively social and cultural programme after the course is part of the one week programme. 

Since the Lifelong Learning National Agencies deadlines to apply for a  Grundtvig in-service training grant will expire on the 15th of September, we encourage you and your colleagues to pre-register with Het Perspectief  at the latest  13 September 2010.
